What are the delivery charges?

Delivery within the UK is free of charge.

How long does delivery take?

All our products are handmade to order and we aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. For larger orders or busy periods our lead times may be longer and you will be notified when ordering.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do offer worldwide shipping please contact us for a quote

What do I do if I've not received my order?

Ensure you have received notification of dispatch. Please use tracking number if supplied on the dispatch note. Any further problems please contact us

How do I return items?

Please notify us within 48hrs, of delivery, to report the reason for the return, we will provide return details and the goods must arrive back to our studio within 14 days from delivery.
Returns are free of charge if items are incorrectly sent or damaged in transit, all other returns will be at the cost to the customer. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition within 14 days from delivery.

How do I exchange my item?

Please notify us within 48hrs of delivery of items you wish to exchange. We will provide further details on how to return once you have contacted us

Do you do your products in other colours?

If you like a design but its not in the right colourway for your project we do offer a bespoke colour service. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We are able to colour match the majority of the Pantone colours and there is a minimum order requirement of 20 metres.

Do you do Bespoke orders?

If you have a specific fabric requirement whether it be design, colour or both we do offer a bespoke fabric service. Maybe it is one of our existing designs but in a different colour or a whole new fabric. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. There is a minimum order requirement of 20 metres

Can you make products using my own fabric?

Yes we do offer a product making service. We have state of the art industrial sewing machines which allow us to take on most tasks. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you do Upholstery?

Yes we do offer an upholstery service. This is not undertaken in house, we work very closely with a local upholsterer who has the specialised skills required. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Are your fabrics suitable for contract use?

We are currently awaiting the results of the contract testing and hope to have these shortly. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified when the test results are in.

Do you sell to the trade?

Yes we do, whether you are a Homewares Retailer, Interior Designers or Lifestyle Store you are eligible for trade terms. Please visit our trade page for more information.
